When we reman our Caterpillar Diesel Engines, we build them to ensure all OEM standards are met. OEM parts are designed for the creation of a specific vehicle. This is all dependent on the needs and wants of each client. They are basically the same type of part your vehicle came with. We tear down, clean and go through a thorough process when remanufacturing our CAT engines.

Cylinder Block, cylinder liners, pistons, piston rings, main and rod bearing, crankshaft, connecting rods, oil pump, thrust washers and all internal parts are tested and the entire engine is inspected and measured to meet all standards.
